Lab metrics come from a single simulated load in a controlled environment (Lighthouse’s lab data) — reproducible, but not what every real visitor sees. Color bands follow Lighthouse’s own thresholds: good ≥90, needs work 50–89, poor <50 on each metric’s 0–100 sub-score.
